Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy for most products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. However, there are some products that we can only honor 7 days to return, depending on the manufacturer. It is important to contact us right away to avoid any issues.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping

We can ship anywhere in the U.S. but we are not able to ship internationally right now, however, we may be able to make exceptions for certain products. Please send us a message on the contact form web page to make an international shipping request.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. You will receive an email shortly after purchase with the actual shipping and expected delivery dates. If you experience any shipping issues please contact us right away so we can make it right.
